What is the Grand Street BID?

A Business Improvement District (BID) delivers supplemental services, public safety, visitor services, marketing and promotional programs, capital improvements and beautification to a designated area.

Locally, the Grand Street BID provides basic services that includes a supplemental street sweeping cleaning program, holiday lighting, graffiti removal, marketing and promotional opportunities for local businesses.

In addition, the BID serves as an advocate for major capital improvements such as facade restoration, landscape furnishing, tree planting, and sidewalk repairs.
