Supplemental Street/Sidewalk Sweeping
The Grand Street BID provides street sweeping services to assist businesses in maintaining a clean appearance along the six-block commercial zone. Our maintenance vendor (Atlantic Maintenance Corporation) is at work seven days a week on Grand Street.
Graffiti Removal
The BID provides members with graffiti removal services for main doors and gates to maintain clean physical conditions that create a more appealing environment for shoppers and residents.
Promotions & Advertisements

Minor & Capital Improvements
The BID advocates for the street and sidewalk improvements through written proposals to government officials. Following our surveys throughout the district we submit request via 311 or the responsible agency for minor improvements such as potholes, catch basins, and lampposts.
Banners/Holiday Lighting
Annually, the BID provides street lighting to give the district a unique distinction for all who drive or walk by Grand Street. In addition, banners aligned atop of lampposts add to the feeling that you have come to a very special place.
